Ms. Alysia's experience at Sunnyside started when she was a student there at the age of two and a half, and continued until she entered the Lake Stevens School District as a kindergartener where she also graduated High School. At the age of twelve, Alysia began attending Sunnyside's summer camps as a volunteer, spending time with the children reading stories and helping with various activities. After graduating, she began officially working at Sunnyside Learning as a classroom assistant while attending college locally. Her focus of studies at this time is in Early Childhood Education and Neuropsychology. Ms. Alysia also excels in the Spanish Language after completing five years of studies.
